Eastern Iowa A.I., Inc. is a family owned and operated commercial semen collection facility by Doug and Sue Petersen since 1997. Before 1997 we were a 400 sow, farrow to wean farm. Collecting and processing semen for our own needs. In 1997 we decided to build our first separate collection facility that housed 50 boars and our sow herd was liquidated.

Growing our business.
We now can house a total of 410 boars between a total of 3 barns. Our son Tyler graduated with an Associates degree in Ag. Business and is now part owner in Eastern Iowa AI.
Located in Iowa's heartland.
We are located in the far eastern and central part of Iowa. Along the rolling hills and bluffs of the mighty Mississippi River. We are in Jackson County, a very sparsely populated pig area.
